These terms are between you and Jorcks Consult ApS, CVR 39555492, Rodelundvej 13C, 8653 Them, Denmark (pj@jorcks.com), which operates Kenosis. "You" means the organisation that uses Kenosis and the people it invites. Kenosis is a business service: by accepting these terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you may bind it.
Kenosis gives your organisation AI agents that work with your conversations, files and connected tools, and that build a working memory of your organisation over time. Access is by invitation.
Agents read only what they are given. Privacy between colleagues comes from the private-by-default model, not from agent scope.
Personal accounts (not tied to a business) are invite-only and unpaid until further notice. We will give notice before that changes.
You are responsible for keeping sign-in credentials secure and for what happens under your account. Invite codes are issued at our discretion and may be revoked.
Kenosis produces answers with AI models. Output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and it is not professional advice, whether legal, financial, medical, tax or otherwise. Review output before you rely on it or act on it. You decide what to do with it, and you are responsible for that decision.
Don't use Kenosis to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to attack, probe or overload the service, to get around its limits or security, or to submit content you have no right to submit. Don't use it to build a competing service from its output. We may suspend access, with notice where reasonable, if use breaks these rules or puts the service or other customers at risk.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. We may change prices with at least 30 days' written notice. If you don't accept a change, you can cancel before it takes effect, and you won't be charged the new price.
Either party may end the agreement at any time with 30 days' written notice, and either party may end it immediately if the other materially breaches these terms and doesn't fix the breach within 14 days of being told. You can export your organisation's data at any time and delete it from your settings. After termination, data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
Kenosis is provided as it is, and we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Each party's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost data that could have been avoided by keeping an export. These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them to, for example in cases of gross negligence or intent.
We process the data your organisation puts into Kenosis as your processor, as described in our Privacy Policy. A data processing agreement based on the Danish Data Protection Agency's standard clauses is available on request.
We may update these terms as the product changes, and we will tell active customers about material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes go to the Danish courts.
